Career Summary
Argentinean Gustavo Artacho won his first national title at the age of 18. Since then, he's won 6 national championships, a bronze medal at the 1999 Pan American Games, competed in two world championships, and represented Argentina in the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games. Artacho first came to the US in 1991 with the Argentinean National Team and joined the Colavita squad in 2002. “El Mayor” of the “Three Amigos” from Argentina, he is a versatile competitor that excels in criteriums, on the track and distance road races.Nicknamed “The Man on the Van,” his life size photo appears on the side of the team's sponsored vehicles that travel North America.
