Reigning world time trial champion Fabian Cancellara will bring his world-class talents to California for the second year in a row. In 2006, the four-time Swiss national time trial champion won Paris-Roubaix, Denmark Rundt, and stage 14 in the Vuelta a Espana.He has also won stages in the Tour de France, Paris-Nice, Tour of Luxembourg, Tour de Suisse, Tour of Romandie, and the Tour of Belgium and specializes in prologue wins. As a junior, Cancellara won the World Time Trial Championships in 1998 and 1999.
