Sergey Lagutin, the current Uzbekistan National Road Champion, put in a great year of wins in his first year with Navigators finishing the season 6th overall in the NRC rankings (the highest ranked member of the team). He ruled over the competitive Tour de Toona and won the overall title, the overall sprint title, and stage 6.
