Career Summary
Justin England took up cycling in 2002 after a collegiate distance running career at East Carolina University. In 2004, he joined Webcor Builders and showed his capacity to excel in the mountains. As one of the sport’s top mountain climbers, he crushed a 16- year-old Mount Tamalpais Hill Climb record by nearly two minutes.England was sidelined for much of the 2006 season with a broken collarbone after a crash at the CapTech Classic.
