| 2007 Highlights: 51 victories total, 1st place finish at the World Championships, Green Jersey & 4th stage victory at the Tour de France, Italian National Championship. In 2008: Racing in white instead of blue in 2008, Belgian Team Quick Step is a consistently a solid team that produces top calibre athletes. Since its conception five years ago, the team has won more than 200 UCI races and six world championship titles, including three road titles: two by Italian Paolo Bettini in 2007 & 2006 and Belgian Tom Boonen in 2005. This year the team will participate in the Tour of California for the second time. The team’s inaugural appearance included Paolo Bettini winning the first race of his life in the rainbow jersey at San Luis Obispo.
