Interesting Facts

From 2001-2005, Antonio Cruz was part of the legendary USPS and Discovery Channel squads that helped Lance Armstrong to a record seven Tour de France victories. Cruz's abilities as a domestique helped the team become one of the best in the world, and he has since developed into a strong European classics cyclist. Cruz joins BMC in 2008 after being on the Discovery squad during it's final year in 2007. He won the USPRO Criterium title in 1999, and in 2000 he won the US Olympic Trials road race, which earned him a spot on the Sydney Olympic team.

In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, wood working and spending time with his family.
