| 2007 Highlights: Tour de France stage win, Held Yellow Jersey in the Tour de France as well as the Maglia Rosa in the Giro d'Italia, 3 stage wins in Deutschland Tour, 37 wins for season. In 2008: After successfully receiving authorization to change the teams’ identity and operations in late 2007, High Road Sports, Inc announced that its Elite Men's and Women's cycling teams, which were formerly associated with T-Mobile, will continue racing in 2008. 2007 was a very successful year for the squad, with the men's Pro Tour Team taking 37 victories for the season. The squad (then known as T-Mobile) finished an impressive 3rd place overall in the last year’s Tour of California team standings. They will likely be one of the youngest teams in the Pro Tour, with an outstanding international roster of exciting young talent backed by proven veteran leadership. Joining the squad is former Discovery Channel team rider George Hincapie, who is a familiar face and renowned competitor in both American and International cycling. Also look for three-time World Time Trial Champion Australian Michael Rogers, as well as Canadian Michael Barry and promising young American John Devine. Management company High Road Sports, Inc. holds a Pro Tour team license. |
