Patterson Pass Course (44 mi/ 71 km)

This leaves Livermore and follows most of the famous local Patterson Pass Road Race course climbing over the hills and dropping one down a spectacular narrow one-lane descent into Tracy travelling in the opposite direction of the TOC Livermore stage. It then routes back to Livermore past Carnegie Off-road park and back into the winery area of Livermore. Racers used to do 5 laps of this course, but for most people one is more than enough.
