Allan Crawford

Allan Crawford, Photographer

Allan Crawford is a Senior Photographer for Road Magazine. He covers the major races in the US and has done work for several of the major cycling teams.

His interests in photography center around photographing people…doing things ranging from bike racing in California to operating fish markets on the island of Borneo.

Allan’s academic background is in Geology. “As a geologist I always had a camera in my hand, so it was natural to start doing photography professionally.” And as an avocation he raced bikes for years. So combining the photography with the cycling was something that came very naturally.

When not traveling Allan splits his time between Southern California and the Lake Tahoe area.
