2010 Amgen Tour of California Media Credential Application

THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST. IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCESS TO THIS EVENT.

Credential applications will be accepted until May 9. Credentials will not be issued on site.

Please note that only working media with confirmed assignments will be credentialed. Confirmations will be issued via e-mail.

Freelancers must submit an assignment letter issued by the news organization they are representing to ghlacredentials@golinharris.com. Only freelancers with valid letters of assignment will be considered for media credentials.

Media credential applications will be reviewed and confirmations will be issued via e-mail at the beginning of May. Media credentials will be distributed at the start line or at the finish line in the press room and CANNOT BE MAILED. Press room locations will be posted on the Amgen Tour of California Web site in May.

All video footage is to be used exclusively as news coverage. Video footage gathered to be used commercially must be sub-licensed through the race's organizers, AEG. Any video footage used in a commercial way, without prior approval, will be subject to penalties, enforced through legal or arbitration means.

Placement on photo motos is at the discretion of race organizers. Please fill out the additional "photo moto application" to be considered for placement on a moto. Photographers selected to use the race photo motos will be charged a nominal fee of $250 per day.
